Do you speak English?
Yes. Your driver speaks English, and so does everything you receive from us: the booking, the price, the messages on the day. If you would rather write than call, WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us.
Can a driver take my child to school and back on his own?
Yes, that is what most of our families use us for. You meet the driver before the first trip, the same person comes every week, and you get a message when your child is picked up and another when they arrive. We ask for the school, the teacher or supervisor who hands the child over, and a second number to call if we cannot reach you.
How is the price set?
It is agreed before departure, from the address you give us, and it does not move afterwards. No meter, no surcharge because of traffic. You know what the trip costs when you book it.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Company accounts are billed once a month, on a single invoice with every trip listed, VAT included. Ask for it when you open the account.
