Trade fairs and events
Eurexpo, the Cité Internationale, the Congress Centre.
A trade fair means twenty people arriving at different hours and leaving at the same one. We plan the pick-ups across the day in advance: arrivals from Saint-Exupéry, the morning run from the hotels, the ride back after the evening reception. One contact, one invoice.
Delegations and stands
Several cars at the same hour, coordinated from one WhatsApp thread. We tell you where the cars are, you do not call each driver.
Hotel to Eurexpo
The daily shuttle for the length of a fair, booked once for every day it runs.
Visiting clients
Picked up at the airport with their name, driven to your offices, taken back. They never deal with a queue.
Evening receptions
Late departures planned in advance, so nobody is left looking for a taxi at 11 pm in Chassieu.
On the invoice
What your accounts department actually gets.
One document
Every trip of the month on a single invoice: date, route, passenger, amount. No pile of receipts.
VAT shown
French VAT at 10% on passenger transport, stated on the invoice, with our company details and SIRET.
Paid by transfer
The bank details are on the invoice, with the invoice number as the reference. Nobody has to use a company card.
Distance on request
Kilometres travelled per month, for your own travel or carbon reporting.

How does a company account work?
You open an account with the names allowed to book. They book in the app or on WhatsApp, nobody pays on the day, and you receive a single invoice at the start of the following month with every trip listed and VAT shown.
Can several people book on the same account?
Yes. Assistants, managers, visiting colleagues: anyone you name can book, and everything lands on the same monthly invoice.
Do you handle trade fairs at Eurexpo?
Yes. Eurexpo Chassieu, the Cité Internationale and the Congress Centre are a regular run. For a stand or a delegation we set the pick-ups out across the day in advance, so nobody waits in a taxi queue in the rain.
Can a driver stay with us for the day?
Yes, that is a car and driver by the hour. A half-day or a full day with the same driver and the same car, waiting between appointments. The price is set in advance from the hours booked.
Is this VAT deductible?
Passenger transport is invoiced with French VAT at 10%, shown on the invoice. Whether your company can reclaim it depends on your own situation — your accountant will tell you. We provide a compliant invoice either way.
Do you report CO2 for business travel?
Our cars are fully electric, and we can give you the distance travelled per month for your own reporting. Ask when you open the account.
